OUR 30 DAY WARRANTY

All products come with a free replacement warranty for 30 days from purchase.If you purchase does not match the description or is the items is defected or if you received or faulty products,please take photos or videos and email us at barcadlystore@gmail.com.We will replace or refund your purchase after confirming.

PLEASE NOTE

This policy does not cover misuse,accidental damage,water damage or any abuse of the purchase products.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our policy lasts 30 days.if 30 days have gone by since your purchase ,unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange but we will provide you with a 20% DISCOUNT COUPON.

In order to receive your refund please follow the steps below:

Products can only be returned if they are still in there original conditions and packaging.Used products or products damaged by the customer will not request your return Authorization Number and by emailing barcadlystore@gmail.com with detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product.To assure your refund please use a tackable mail service,we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.(You will be responsible for paying upon the receipt of your package and your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.A refund receipt will also be provided) There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (IF APPLICABLE)

1) Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

2) Any item that is returned more than 30 days of delivery

3) Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods,hazardous materials or flammable items. 

Later or missing refunds (IF APPLICABLE)

 If you haven't received a refund yet,first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company,it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next Contact your Bank.There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you've  done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet then please contact us at barcadlystore@gmail.com

EXCHANGE (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.If you need to exchange it for the same time,send us email at barcadlystore@gmail.com
